The application is designed to facilitate access to a knowledge base, document library, and educational resources hosted on the learning portal developed using the WebTutor system. By configuring the server address along with their username and password, users can download materials from the server and work with them offline, enabling tasks such as viewing, reading, and searching without a permanent internet connection. Upon reloading the data, the application will refresh the knowledge base if new materials have been added or existing ones modified on the educational portal.

Additionally, the application offers features that allow users to bookmark their most relevant materials and perform full-text searches across the knowledge base resources.
